If your order has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase shortly after completing your online checkout.
If you placed your order from our trade counter you will receive a receipt with your purchase.
If you placed an order by phone you will be advised of your order confirmation number at the end of your call. Please keep a record of this number as it will help us deal with any future enquiries you may have as quickly as possible.
Please note that after we have accepted your order your card issuer needs to complete their checks. They may subsequently decline your payment and we will have to cancel the order. If this does happen, we will contact you by phone and you should contact your card issuer for more details. Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is.
