While we guarantee that orders placed before 12:30pm will be dispatched that day, we can sometimes sneak through an order placed before 3pm, if your order contains stocked items only etc.. Give us a call to see if this is possible before placing your order. It simply isn't possible for us to dispatch any orders placed after 3pm.
* We may sometimes change your selected postal option but will never downgrade it unless you ask us to, we will only ever switch it to a service of the same or faster delivery speed. We do this for a number of reasons depending upon your location as well as the size and weight of your order.

Unfortunately in some circumstances, your goods may not be delivered to you on time, even though Spira UK Limited has dispatched your order the within the time given. Since Spira UK Limited has booked a next-day delivery, we will not be held responsible if the delivery of your order is delayed by the courier company or any other third party, including but not limited to the customs in the shipment country and the receiver of the goods as prescribed in the shipment details.
It is also vital that customers ensure that they inspect their goods upon receipt. Any damages, missing items or such should be reported at the earliest opportunity. PLEASE SIGN FOR THE GOODS AS DAMAGED.
