While we guarantee that orders placed before 12:30pm will be dispatched that day, we can sometimes sneak through an order placed before 3pm, if your order contains stocked items only etc.. Give us a call to see if this is possible before placing your order. It simply isn't possible for us to dispatch any orders placed after 3pm.
* We may sometimes change your selected postal option but will never downgrade it unless you ask us to, we will only ever switch it to a service of the same or faster delivery speed. We do this for a number of reasons depending upon your location as well as the size and weight of your order.
