    Sold in 2mtr length. 

    All Spiral Pipe has a large end fitting. Conforms to specification DW144

    As we manufacture the spiral pipe ourselves, we can manufacture the duct as required, for instance, should you require extra stability because of high negative pressure, we can manufacture using a large material thickness we can produce lengths of the tube up to 6m long.

  3. #Direction of use#

    1. Measure and Cut

    Measure the length of the pipe and cut to the required size using, a hacksaw, or an angle grinder. Make sure the cut is straight and clean to ensure a tight fit with adjoining sections.

    2. Seal the Male End

    Apply a suitable duct sealant around the male end of the spiral pipe. This is the end designed to slide into the next section.

    3. Insert the Male Connector

    Slide the male connector (or "spigot”) into the pipe. This ensures a tight, streamlined transition between duct sections.

    4. Secure the Connection

    Use self-tapping screws to fix the duct sections to the connector. Space the screws evenly around the circumference. After screwing, wrap the joint with quality duct tape (e.g., aluminium foil tape) to further seal the connection and reduce air leakage.

    5. Inspect for Leaks

    Once all joints are sealed, check the entire duct run for air leaks or loose fittings
