Due to the nature of our products, we can only exchange or refund items that have been issued incorrectly or damaged in transit.
Items must be returned in "as new condition" and must not have been used in any way.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Login to your account (or Click on My Account)
2. Click on "Review Previous orders"
3.
Click on your "RMA" on the order you wish to return
4. Please select either "Refund Order", "Exchange Product" or "Other"
5. Leave us a comment or special instructions (Item you wish to return etc)
6. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply you with instruction on how to return the item. |
